How To Achieve a Scrum Certification
- Review the Certification Hierarchy Diagram to make sure you satisfy the prerequisite of the certification you wish to achieve
- Register for the required course and pay fee online
- You will receive email with credentials to log into your student portal
- Listen to the course material any time you wish for up to 180 days
- When you are ready to take the certification exam, you can Schedule the exam 48 hours in advance – make sure to change the time zone to your time zone before you schedule the exam
- You will receive an confirmation email with exam instructions
- You will receive another email with an invitation to a WebEx session a day before the exam date
- Make sure to log into the WebEx session 15 minutes before the exam time and be prepared to show a picture ID
- If for any reason you could not take the exam on the scheduled day and time, you will have to re-schedule the exam for $50 exam reschedule fee
- If you pass the exam, you will receive your certificate by email. If you do achieve the passing score, you can register for a re-take exam. If you have any question, send an email to info@softdim.com.
